 As you may already be aware, new taxation measures were recently announced in Jamaica that will impact the tourism industry.  After careful consideration, the management of SuperClubs has taken the decision to discontinue airport transfers for Breezes Grand Negril and Hedonism II effective September 1, 2012.

We are aware that there are already a number of confirmed bookings traveling after September 1, 2012. These bookings, and any others confirmed now through Thursday June 14, 2012, will receive a credit of $20 per guest in lieu of airport transfers.  All bookings taken after June 15 for travel September 1st  onward will not be entitled to this credit.

Jamacia Goat Fun look out Hedonism here we come!

Down in Jamaica they got lots of ...  goats, no seriously ... it's sad, they are hit by the cars and buses all the time.  While they are raised for food, road kill is not the intention.  When this does happen however, and the animal needs to be attended to .... well, I would like to say curried goat is really good.  Waste not, want not.  It all so works really well on that person on the bus next to you that snores .... Changes at Hedonism II ;(

Times and Rules - they are a changing at ..... 

Hedonism II 

Go Classy Tours has been informed that unlike in the past where if you booked into a group the rate would be the same for you entire stay the the following rule will be enforced.  

Effective IMMEDIATELY with all NEW bookings the rule that SuperClubs will enforce is a 3 day pre and a 3 day post stay outside of the group window at the same group rate.  

What does this mean you may ask .... 

This is only an example:  If you are staying for example 14 days and 7 of those days are in the group, the price would be the group rate for 7 days - if you are going in 3 days BEFORE the group starts the price would still be the group - if you are staying 3 days PAST the group, you would still have the group rate - DAY #14 pre or post will be a 1 day rate at what ever the regular rack rate is.

To simplify it even more - if you are going in on THE DAY the group STARTS, 14 days (7 in group + 3 post) will be group rate.  The additional 4 nights will be at what ever the rack rates is at the time.

I know confusing ..... Call our office, ask for your favorite GCT Agent and they can explain in more detail.

 Any of you that have been going to SuperClubs for any length of time know Sam James.  Some of us know him as "Champagne Sam".  He was at one time the GM of Hedonism II, Grand Lido Negril and Grand Lido Braco.  It is with sadness for me, but for Sam great joy .... after 27 year with the SuperClubs, he has retired!

Hedonism II begins construction on New Viewing Bridge and Water Slide. Hedonism II Construction manager said work will take about 6 weeks and will be finished just in time for summer fun. 

The Hedonism II Bridge will start from the upper pool deck and continue all the way out to the Beach Side Jerk Shack and Grill.

It's that time again - - time to "dig" up your best friends - - grab your wife or your Ghoul friend (or both!!!) and get ready to party at the Hedonism II Halloween Bash 2010 !!!! It is going to be another "mad" creepy bash with great food, super entertainment and the best music!! (maybe even some of the mummy's favorite - - "wrap music"!!!!)

You will see guys and gals wearing some of the best costumes!! You might even see some guys and gals not wearing some of the best costumes!!!! It is all in great fun at this annual scary Jamaican style Halloween party.

Yes it is one big "howl" of a party. There are costume contest - - room decorating contest - - the annual Miss Hedo contest - - great dining, wonderful "shocktails", and lots of fantastic Halloween style entertainment. Music, singing, dancing which everyone loves!!! Well skeleton's don't like to dance - - - they have no body to dance with!!!!

As previously announced, Hedonism III will close down on August 22. The resort will re-open on October 14, 2010 as the SuperFun Beach Resort & Spa. The resort will be adult-only for guests 18 and over. Super Fun Beach Resort & Spa will be for singles and couples looking for a lively, fun vacation at an excellent value.

Additionally, airport transfers, motorized water sports and premium-brand liquors won’t be included in Super Fun’s rates. Local wines and liquors will continue to be included, as will all meals, accommodations, and entertainment. The resort will offer a small clothing-optional beach but no longer offer a nude pool or hottub.

All Hedonism III reservations for travel October 14th onward will be transferred to Hedonism II automatically. Guests will be accommodated in a similar or higher room category. Guests not wishing to be upgraded to Hedonism II may cancel their reservations without penalty. For guests who may wish to remain at the SuperFun Beach Resort & Spa, they may exercise that option and their reservation will be adjusted to the new SuperFun Beach Resort & Spa pricing.
