Spring and Winter Travel - The economy is rebounding and availability for most of our resorts for peak periods during January - April are already full or filling rapidly. People have been putting off vacation plans, and now making reservations. Rates on the other hand are still low, although these sales are about to expire. This is especially true for the adult resorts of Breezes Rio Bueno (Braco), Desire Resort, Hidden Beach, and Club Orient.
Desire Resort
There are few sales for this resort. Reason: It stays sold out. Some dates in Fall still available. Winter availability is spotty. You MUST call now if you have any chance of getting into this resort before late spring. Call ASAP Kim or Leslie at toll free 800 329-8145
Hidden Beach Resort
Big changes coming here. The resort is closed for the fall for renovations, when it reopens it will be stepped up another notch to become a premier au naturel destination. Butler service, upscale rooms, gourmet food service, this resort has it all. Availability is already limited and sold out dates apply. Again, you must call quickly for any chance of peak winter and spring dates! Call Kim or Leslie at toll free 800 329-8145
We are planning to get to Desire next year. How strict are they about dress for women at dinner. Can my wife get by with just a sarong? If it covers top and bottom is it sufficient? I assume men have to wear more than just a sarong to dinner also. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteAlthough the restaurants that serve breakfast and lunch are casual and comfortable venues, men are required to wear shorts and women are required to wear a cover-up over their swimsuits. Likewise, shoes must be worn, and no wet clothes are allowed in any of the restaurants of Desire. At night, elegant resort dress is expected when dining at Il Piacere and Suki, including slacks, shirts and shoes for men, dresses or pantsuits for women.
ReplyDeleteWe have been to Desire twice, and loved both trips. However, it is interesting that the men have to wear so much clothing, while the women can go to dinner in see-thru clothes, or barely there strap dresses. We love the view, but wish that the guys didn't have to wear long pants and shirts with sleeves.
